Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder (10gr)
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Cup of fruit juice (250ml)
- 1/2 Cups sugar (100g)
- 1/2 Tbsp. white food coloring
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let stand for 5 min.
Heat the sugar with 1/2 cup of juice stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when vapor appears above the surface.
Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved and add the remaining 1/2 cup of juice.
Mix in the white food coloring using a blender or an electrical mixer and let cool before use.
