Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder (10gr)
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 2 Cups of fruit juice (500ml)
  • Sugar (optional)
 

Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let stand for 5 min.
Heat 1 cup of juice in a saucepan stirring constantly.
Add sugar if desired.
Remove from heat when vapor appears above the surface.
Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Add the remaining 1 cup of juice.
Pour into the desired container and leave in the fridge for several hours.
