  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder (10gr)
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 Cup of Concentrated fruit juice (250ml)
  • Sugar (If you are using unsweetened juice)

Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let it stand for 5 min.

Heat 1/2 cup of juice and sugar in a saucepan.
Remove from heat when vapor appears above the surface.

Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
Add the remaining 1/2 cup of juice.

Pour into the desired containers or combine with a gelatin art dessert and leave in the fridge to set.
