- 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder (10gr)
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Cup of milk or milk replacement (250ml)
- 1/2 Cups sugar (100g)
- 1 Tsp. vanilla sugar (5g)
- 3/4 Tbsp. white food coloring
(Use cream instead of milk if you need a thicker color base)
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let stand for 5 min.
Heat sugar and vanilla sugar with 1/2 cup of milk stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when vapor appears above the surface.
Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, then add the remaining 1/2 cup of milk.
Mix in the white food coloring using a blender or a hand mixer and let it cool before use.
