- 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder (10gr)
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Cup of coconut milk(250ml)
- 1/2 Cup icing sugar (100g)
- 1 Tsp. vanilla sugar (5g)
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let stand for 5 min.
Heat sugar and vanilla sugar with 1/2 cup of coconut milk stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when vapor appears above the surface.
Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, then add the remaining 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
Let it cool before use.
(Use coconut milk that has a high percentage of coconut content to make your color more opaque.)
