Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder (10gr)
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Cup of 35%cream (250ml)
- 1/2 Cup sugar (100g)
- 1 Tsp. vanilla sugar (5g)
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let stand for 5 min.
Heat sugar and vanilla sugar with 1/3 of cream stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when vapor appears above the surface.
Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
When the mixture cools down a bit, add the remaining 2/3 of cream.
