- 1 Tbsp. gelatin powder
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 2/3 Cup of 35%cream
- 1/3 Cup milk
- 1/4 Tsp. Pure stevia powder
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let stand for 5 min.
Place milk into a sauce pan and sprinkle evenly with stevia. Use a stick blender to break up the clumps if needed.
Heat milk and stevia until vapor appears above the surface.
Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
When the mixture cools down a bit, add the cream.
