- Pumpkin or butternut squash
- Vanilla sugar
Chop pumpkin into small cubes. Put into a saucepan and add enough milk to cover. Boil until the pumpkin is thoroughly cooked and soft. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Add vanilla, cinnamon and sugar to achieve the desired level of sweetnes.
Measure 10gr of gelatin for every 1/2L of blended pumpkin. Soak gelatin in water by add 3 tablespoons of water for every tablespoon of gelatin powder and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Add the gelatin to the pumpkin mix and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour into desired containers and let set.
