(Apple juice jello)
- 2 Cups Apple juice at room temperature (500ml)
- 1 Tsp. Gelatin (10gr)
- Sugar (optional)
Soak gelatin in 3 Tbsp. of apple juice and let stand for 10 minutes.
Melt the soaked gelatin over a pot of boiling water or using a double boiler until clear.
Mix the melted gelatin and the rest of the apple juice.
Add sugar if desired and cool the mixture over ice-water.
Whisk the mixture before pouring into a glass to create foam.
Leave a small portion of the mixture in a bowl and whisk vigorously to crate thick foam for the top of the "beer".
Add the foam to the glasses carefully with a spoon.
Leave in the fridge to set for at least an hour.
Same recipe can be used to create jelly coke and champagne.
