Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 4 Egg yolks
- ½ Cup sugar
- 1 Package vanilla sugar (10g)
- ½ Cup milk
- 1 Cup heavy cream
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp. of cold water and let it soak for 10 min.
Beat egg yolks, vanilla sugar and ½ cup sugar in a microwave-safe bowl until thick and light yellow in color.
Put the mixture into a microwave oven and heat at 50% power for 30 seconds. Remove the dish from the microwave, stir thoroughly and put it back. Repeat the cycle 4-5 times until the cream has thickened. Set aside and let it cool.
In a saucepan, heat ½ cup of milk until vapor appears above the surface. Remove from heat and mix in the soaked gelatin. Stir until all the gelatin has dissolved.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat 1 cup of heavy cream into a soft foam.
Combine all three mixtures together and pour them into a pie shell or other mousse containers.
Leave it in the fridge to cool for several hours.
