1 Tbsp. Gelatin Powder*
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of Dulce de Leche**
1 Cup heavy cream
Sugar to taste
Mix gelatin with 3 Tbsp of cold water and let it soak for 10 min.
Heat the milk and dulce de leche in a small saucepan until vapor begins to appear. Remove from heat and mix in the soaked gelatin.
Beat the heavy cream in a separate mixing bow until soft lines begin to appear.
Place the sauce pan with milk and dulce de leche into cold water and stir until it cools down to room temperature.
Pour the mixture into whipped cream slowly while beating with an electrical mixer. Pour into desired containers or combine with a gelatin art cake.
*Add more gelatin if the mousse will hold a heavy gelatin art cake
**You can add more or less Dulce de Leche to create different shades of mousse layers. Adjust the amount of added sugar accordingly.
